Join Susan O'Malley for this 4-week series every Sunday in February from 1:30 PM- 3:00 PM.⁣

She will be teaching the foundational poses of yoga (asanas) as well as breathwork (pranayama) and balance techniques.⁣

Yoga is for everyBODY..every AGE, every SHAPE, and SIZE. If you're interested in coming to a yoga class and maybe are intimidated by jumping into a class, this workshop is for you!⁣
